With more than 20 years of experience in risk management, vulnerability assessment, public safety impact assessment,
socio-economic, fiscal, and environmental impact analysis, Sheila Conway, Ph.D. serves as managing partner of Urban Environmental Research, LLC.

Alvin Mushkatel is co-founder of UER, and a national go-to guy on questions of risk and hazard management. Alvin also provides specialized training programs in public safety, institutional and regulatory issues, and hazard minimization to government and private institutions.
