UER is on the board of the American Society of Public Administrators, an organization that recognizes excellence in public service. At annual events, we are also speakers and exhibitors.

Nevada Development Authority

As a member and sponsor of community events, we join the NDA in welcoming new businesses to the state.

Las Vegas Chamber of Commerce

UER is quite active in Chamber initiatives, and our own Sheila Conway was a 2009 Finalist for their BizE Award in recognition of UER’s "green" achievements.

The Shade Tree

The homeless women and children at this shelter, some who land here trying to escape domestic abuse, don’t just have material needs. Understanding this, the staff at UER provides tutoring to residents.

American Lung Association

As an ardent supporter of the ALA’s work, UER is both an event sponsor and a Clean Air Awards winner.

Las Vegas Green-Up

Every spring, UER’s staff gathers with other residents to plant native bushes and trees the Las Vegas Wash. These revegetation efforts will hopefully bloom into a rich habitat for birds and wildlife.
